Custom Veil Embroidery Process:

1. Select Veil Style and Length: Choose your desired veil.

2. Add Embroidery: Include the custom veil embroidery service in your order.

*Please note that highly intricate designs may not be appropriate for embroidery. Don’t hesitate to contact us at WhatsApp +852 68730244  if you have any questions regarding your design’s suitability.

3. Submit Design: Send your JPG artwork via WhatsApp to +852 68730244.

4. Finalize Details: We'll confirm size and placement with you. *(Maximum embroidery length is 50 cm.)

5. Production Time: Around 30-45 days for crafting. 

6. Delivery Notification: We’ll inform you when it’s ready to ship or pick up.

Local Shipping (Hong Kong): Orders exceeding HKD 700 are eligible for free shipping via SF Express self-pickup at SF lockers or service stations. *Free shipping does not apply to residential addresses or commercial addresses.

International Shipping: Free shipping is not available for international orders. Please contact us to check the shipping fee.
